Koran has officially been started to be printed in Uzbekistan by “Hilol” publishing house jointly with Muslim Board of Uzbekistan. Egyptian “Darussalam” publishing house has given official permission.
Ulemas, imams and representatives of Muslim Board of Uzbekistan such as Abdulkhamid Tursunov , Abdulkhakim Matkulov, Khasankhon Abdulmajid and Bakhodir Raxmatulloh participated in the ceremony of printing initial pages of the holy book.
After recitation of Koran and sincere supplications printing machines started to print the initial pages of Koran. “Hilol” publishing house was established by prominent sheyh Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf.

The reports also highlighted key initiatives announced during the forum, including the digitalization of Islamic heritage, the creation of an international digital library and a unified global digital registry, as well as the expansion of international academic and scientific cooperation.
The publications underscore Uzbekistan's historic contribution to the development of Islamic civilization and world science, while highlighting the significance of Samarkand, Bukhara and Termez as major centers of Islamic culture and scholarship.
