(10) A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: "الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ، وَالْمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ مَا نَهَى اللَّهُ عَنْهُ"، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ: وَقَالَ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُد، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى: عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
Sahih hadith: Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr: The Prophet said, A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands. And a Muhajir (emigrant) is the one who gives up (abandons) all what Allah has forbidden.

A festive event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was organized for 240 pilgrims at the “Marmara” hotel in the city of Mecca.
The event was attended by Sirojiddin Shamsuddinov, Consul General in Jeddah, Shukhrat Amoniy, Attaché for Hajj and Umrah, as well as representatives of the Working Group from the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan and the Committee on Religious Affairs.
