In the city of Amman, the Chairman of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, Mufti Shaykh Nuriddin Kholiqnazar, held a meeting with the Jordanian Minister of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, Muhammad Ahmad Muslim Khalayleh.

The meeting resulted in the following agreements:

  • Specialists of the Waqf Charity Public Foundation under the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan will undergo professional training in Jordan;

  • Experts of the Waqf Charity Public Foundation will visit Jordan for experience exchange programs;

  • Jordanian professors and scholars will conduct a master class on waqf-related matters.

The Recitation (Khatm) of "Sahih al-Bukhari" Commences in Religious Institutions

The Recitation (Khatm) of

Students of the Tashkent Islamic Institute named after Imam Bukhari, the Islamic Institute named after Imam Tirmidhi, the Mir Arab High Madrasa, and the School of Hadith Science have begun the complete recitation (Khatm) of the "Sahih al-Bukhari" collection. A solemn ceremony was held to mark the start of this noble initiative.

The event was attended by the leadership of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, heads of higher religious educational institutions, professors, and students. Rahmatullah Makhsumkhanov officially opened the ceremony by reciting the inaugural hadiths of the work. Simultaneously, students in other regions also joined the recitation process.

The "Sahih al-Bukhari" is being recited with the hope of divine blessing (barakah). Upon completion of the book, collective prayers will be offered for peace, prosperity, and well-being in our country.
